She spent so much time and consideration fitting to my horse. He’s extremely sensitive and she was so considerate in girthing gradually and making sure to keep his rug over him as much as she could without even being asked. Extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

I can really recommend Helen. She originally came to refit my existing saddle an quickly detected there was a problem with it. She made a recommendation for a new saddle with out pressure an I’m so very pleased with the saddle she sorted for me. Great service from the get go. Very attentive particularly noticeable as my horse was recovering from an injury an this was all taken into account in his fitting. An now my veteran gelding is going great in it. Really noticeable improvement! Very accessible for after care. Can’t thank Helen enough an we look forward to seeing her for our follow up fittings.

Helen is brilliant! So friendly and patient with me and my mare who is pretty damn awkward. There is no such thing as a silly question (which I’m full of) and Helen is always there to help or offer advice. I am in love with my new saddle and the difference in my mare is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and she takes in everything you say, including requirements over the saddle and also your budget. Helen spent around 5 hours at our yard checking my horse and two others. I spent a while on the phone to her before her visit where I gave her my lads background info and his medical history with his lameness and muscle wastage issues on one side.
After Helen checked his current saddle it was apparent he needed a new one and I purchased it during her visit. She went through everything thoroughly with me and made sure I was happy riding in it before she left. Mine will need checking more regularly as he’s only a baby still and he’s on a remedial fit but he’s worth every penny.

I have used Helen as my saddle fitter the last 5 years and have always been totally happy with the service I have received.
Helen is extremely knowledgeable and always takes a template of the horses back and notes each time she visits – this information was invaluable as my 5 year old was growing and my physiotherapist and Helen worked closely together to ensure my saddle always fitted and my horses back was in top condition.
She is extremely calm and patient with horses and explains everything in great depth. She can also make minor adjustment on site which means I don’t have to stop riding waiting for a saddle to be adjusted and sent back to me.
I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone as no question is ‘too stupid’ to ask her.
